About Us We are living at Valkeakoski - a small Finnish town, known for paper mills and a successful football team. Today our family consists of two Ibizan hound bitches and us two-legged: Minni and Erkki. We are professionals in gardening and we have worked in the same nursery garden already more than 15 years. We got to know each other at gardening school and after finishing our studies we managed to find our regular job. Both of us had lived with dogs already before we met each other. The first dog in our life together was a Pharaoh hound male. Already a long time we had dreamt of an Ibizan hound and during the year 2000 we finally decided to find one to live with us. Lure coursing is our favourite hobby. You should always remember that this breed is originally made for hunting and you can’t teach and tell your Ibizan not to be a hunter. In Lure coursing Ibizans have opportunities to use their brains, instincts, and the strength of their muscles in a meaningful work.
